I also had the water heater looked at, it's old but it works, other than being out of code now.I can't imagine that would cause my dishes to look like this. Has anyone ever dealt with this before? Vinegar, thoroughly cleaned the dishwasher etc. I tried literally everything! Every different dish detergent. They're filthy, not usable unless I hand wash.oh the humanity! I've had trouble with dishes coming out of the dishwasher clean for months, it looks like hard water damage, but they are grimy and if I wipe them with a wet paper towel, brown stuff comes off. UPDATE solved the hard water stain issue! I ran the water while hand washing and tested it about an hour in, it tested hard! I knew it! I’ve been telling my husband for weeks that we need to replace the softener, that it’s just not working like it should and now I have proof! I feel that this is an appropriate time to say to him “I told you so!” lol Does that affect the eliminated position comment? I know My team will probably eventually report to someone other than my boss. If my position is being eliminated then why are all of my responsibilities being absorbed into the team? Wouldn't those responsibilities go away as well? (Probably not but just asking. And while I didn't get the chance to retire, my succession plan has been put into place even though my performance has remained consistently strong.
